Project Overview
The number of hours spent on physical education classes in Vietnam is significantly lower than in developed countries, and too little consideration is given to the basic elements of sports movements such as running, throwing and jumping. In light of this, Mizuno has been implementing a project since 2015 to improve physical education lessons in elementary schools in Vietnam. Going forward, in collaboration with the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training, this project aims to introduce the Mizuno Hexathlon to all public elementary schools in Vietnam, by training instructors and conducting demonstrations in pilot schools. This will not only improve physical education classes in Vietnam, but also provide the fun and joy of exercise, and contribute to reducing health issues, such as obesity, while promoting overall health.
